Dr. F. A. Fulks is a mother, leader and advocate for the educational excellence of all children. Dr. Fulks a lifelong learner and a voice of authority in the educational field. She is the proud owner of Quitting Is Not An Option, also known as QINO, a family and marriage counseling service. Dr. Fulks is a well experienced, licensed marriage counselor with over 28 years of service. She also serves as the Executive Director of Elvan’s Lifeline, a registered, 501c3 non-profit organization that assists families of children with learning disabilities.
Dr. F. A. Fulks is a proud member of the Delta Sigma Theta sorority. She’s a sister and friend. She is the loving wife of Jacobs Fulks. Together, they have four beautiful adult children.
Dr. F. A. Fulks is the epitome of servanthood and an example of Harriet Tubman’s perseverance and tenacity. Her life’s mantra is ‘If I can help somebody, as I travel along the way, then my living shall not be in vain.’
