In addition to articles on political aesthetics and realism, he has published Realism”s Empire: Empiricism and Enchantment in the Nineteenth-Century Novel (Ohio State UP, 2009).Eva Aldea is a tutor at Goldsmiths College, University of London and Westminster University. She is the author of Magical Realism and Deleuze: The Indiscernibility of Difference (Continuum, 2010).
