Eric is a brave and handsome young man who is in love with a beautiful woman named Gudruda the Fair. However, Gudruda is engaged to another man, a wealthy and powerful chieftain named Ospakar.
Despite this, Eric and Gudruda continue to secretly see each other, which leads to a series of events that forces Eric to go on a dangerous journey to save Gudruda’s life.
