James Cole was born in England and moved to Australia with his parents at age thirteen. After an award-winning, twenty-year career as a film editor and visual effects artist, he walked away to follow a new passion for helping people to empower their lives.
He now lives in the beach town of Frankston in Victoria, Australia, where he produces content for his website, teaching people how to meditate and live an empowered life, as well as running live workshops.
This is his first published book.
