Jill Carter is an attorney, certified mediator, and successful business consultant. For over thirty years she has served in senior management roles at public and private companies. She is currently the owner of C4Advisors, where she consults with companies on strategic communications, integrated marketing, and operations. She also co-founded an e-book company and was the executive director of a large nondenominational church. Carter is active in business, education, and civic affairs, having served on many boards in the higher education, nonprofit, television, and healthcare industries. Carter received her juris doctor degree from Loyola University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in economics from Wheaton College. She resides in Orem, UT.
