In a world where animals can talk, Ned an exuberant Jack Russell and Jeff his person, are called upon once more, to defend the world against an evil mastermind. Joining the continuing battle against organised crime, the reluctant heroes team up again with next door’s ‘tech-whizz’ cat, Gizzmo.
