Morteza Bakhtiarvand got his Ph.D. of Educational Technology from Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Psychology and Education, Allameh Tabataba’i University, Tehran, Iran, in 2022. He received his M.A. (Master of Art) in Educational Technology from Allameh Tabataba’i University, Tehran, Iran, in 2016. He received his M.A. (Master of Art) in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) from Research and Science Center of Islamic Azad University of Ahvaz, Khuzestan, Iran, in 2006. He received his B.A. (Bachelor of Art) in TEFL from Islamic Azad University of Dezful, Khuzestan Iran, in 2004, and received his A.A (Associate of Art) in TEFL from Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) Teacher Training Center of Ahvaz, Khuzestan, Iran, in 2001. He is certificated in Mathematics and Physics from Sahel Ibne Abdullah Tostari Pre-University Center of Shushtar, Khuzestan Iran, in 1999.
