Özgür Heval Çınar received his PhD from the University of Essex, UK. A TÜBİTAK Postdoctoral Research Fellow (academic visitor) at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford, UK, he is also a Visiting Fellow at Kellogg College, University of Oxford, UK. He is a lawyer and works as a legal expert for the Council of Europe.Mine Yɪldɪrɪm is the Head of the Freedom of Belief Initiative project of the Norwegian Helsinki Committee in Turkey. She is also a doctoral candidate at Åbo Akademi, Institute for Human Rights. She has numerous academic publications on the right to freedom of religion and belief in Turkey, and is a regular contributor to Forum 18.
