Ray Daniels is the founder and director of the Cicerone Certification Program, a member of the Senior Faculty of the Siebel Institute of Technology, and a veteran beer educator and promoter that has traveled to more than 30 different countries in search of great beer. Ray is the author, editor or publisher of more than two dozen books on beer and brewing, including his own Designing Great Beers (Brewers Publications, 1998), a classic of U.S. brewing literature. Jim Parker, an award-winning homebrewer, has been involved in almost every facet of the brewing world, from head brewer at a brewpub to being one of the original staff members of America’s first regional brewspaper. Jim presently resides in Colorado’s Front Range, where he is managing partner of the Wolf Tongue Brewery in the mountain town of Nederland.
