Working in both public and private sectors he has developed leaders at all levels of the organisation both in the UK and overseas. Over the last 15 years, Richard has worked as an independent leadership consultant based in Europe and South America. Currently, he is the CEO of a niche leadership consulting company based in the UK, with British, European and South American clients, that seeks to develop leaders at a systems level.
