A resident of Tokyo since 1977, Mr. Collins pursues a professional business career, in addition to serving as President of the Tokyo American Club and Chairman of a local school board. He lists his hobbies as solving crossword puzzles, worrying about the exchange rate, and repairing a defective backhand lob.
