Sao began cooking at an early age, helping her mother in the kitchen at home and in her family’s cooking business in Bangkok. Her commitment to cooking led her to enrol in Thai baking school and to work in the catering business, and she has been cooking and baking daily ever since. Sao’s skills as a cook have developed into a quarter-century career of personal and commercial cooking spanning high school to married life.Sao began using Thermomix several years ago, soon finding it invaluable for simplifying her cooking tasks while maintaining the quality and authenticity of the food. Using her expertise, Sao has created an original Thai cookbook for the global Thermomix community.
