Lawson is often called “Australia”s greatest writer.” W.W. Jacobs, in full William Wymark Jacobs, English short-story writer best known for his classic horror story “The Monkey”s Paw.” Charlotte Mary Yonge was an English novelist who wrote to the service of the church.
