Dr Mícheál Ó hAodha is a writer and a historian who works at the University of Limerick, Ireland. He has written many books in both Irish and English, and has been published by Palgrave, Manchester University Press, Peter Lang, Coiscéim, Irish Academic Press, Rowman, Mercier, Academica, Cambridge Scholars Publishing, Original Writing, Liffey Press, and Arlen House/Cló Iar-Chonnacht, amongst others. He is a regular contributor to the Irish-language columns of The Irish Times.
