Born 1949 in Oakland Cailfornia. He attended Saint Martins University. Worked for the San Leandro Justice Department for thirty years and retired in 2008. His first book, Heavens Nectar inspired him to write this collection of short fictional stories, Nine intriguing tales, gathered from the mind park we all share. The author grew up during a time of constant social revolution and moral changes.
