Es Profesor Asociado de la Escuela de Derecho Harry Radzyner del Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) en Herzliya, Israel. Es doctor y master en Derecho del London School of Economics (LSE) y abogado y bachiller universitario en Derecho y Gobierno del IDC. El profesor Roznai es cofundador y presidente de la Asociación israelí de Legislación, miembro elegido del Consejo de la Sociedad Internacional de Derecho Público (ICON-S) e integrante de la Junta Directiva y exsecretario general de la Asociación Israel de Derecho Público. En el año 2015 recibió el Premio a la Tesis Doctoral de 2014 por parte del Grupo Europeo de Derecho Publico. Su libro Reformas constitucionales inconstitucionales: los Diferentes al poder de reforma fue reconocido con el Premio inaugural al libro del año 2018 por la ICON-S.
