About the author

Myint Swe Khine holds Master’s degrees from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA, University of Surrey, Guildford, UK, and the University of Leicester, UK, and Doctor of Education from Curtin University, Australia. He currently teaches at the School of Education, Curtin University, Australia. Prior to this appointment, he worked at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was also Professor and Chair of the Assessment and Evaluation Centre at the Emirates College for Advanced Education in the United Arab Emirates. He published widely and edited several books.
