The Frontlines is a compilation of humorous experiences throughout 20 years of service in both the U.S. Navy and the Army. As a rescue swimmer, a helicopter pilot and serving in special operations the military provided incredible life changing events and a deep appreciation for sarcasm and laughs. I found humor truly is the best medicine while embracing the suck, deployed, eating horrible food, showing up three hours early for a formation, stealing Snapple from the Air Force, or magnifying rivalry between the branches of service etc. During my career, I drew four binders worth of comics and kept a little black book with other funny ideas. These are some of the comics from my time in the Armed Forces that hopefully educate, create some controversy at times and are sarcastic enough to make you cringe. To all of my mentors, buddies and those military Veterans that have served our country – thank you!
