Suzie & Sam are young seagulls who scavenge on what people leave behind on the seafront. But during lockdown, there were no people and so nothing to scavenge! What better way then to learn how to fish from Grandpa Seth, especially as their environment improves as the sea becomes cleaner and rubbish free.
Over de auteur
Anna Richards is a 50 year old mother of two beautiful girls Lucy and Emily who are now 18 & 14 – growing up fast! She always wanted to write a children’s book but just didn’t get the inspiration. Then during lockdown, her family took their daily walk along the beautiful seaside where they live and noticed how the sea became so much cleaner and rubbish free. They were amazed at how quickly the environment repairs itself – a great thing – except maybe for the seagulls! Her wonderful husband, Stephen, was a great help with the writing of this book and her lovely friend Lauren was also a great support.
