Alexandre Ardichvili is professor and Hellervik Endowed Chair in Leadership and Adult Career Development at the University of Minnesota. He is President of the University Council on Work and Human Resource Education, past editor-in-chief of Human Resource Development International and Fellow of the Center for Ethical Business Cultures.
