Phil Kershaw is a veteran Canadian business consultant; Phil has been actively involved in business, government, politics and professional sports in his thirty-five-year career. Phil has served as the interim commissioner and chairman of the Canadian Football League as well as president of two member clubs. The father of three grown children and the proud grandfather of five, Phil shares Pastor Smith’s passion for working with youth and his view that the problem of fatherlessness is a growing phenomenon that needs addressing in North America and around the world.
