Allen Rubin, Ph.D. is the Kantambu Latting College Professorship for Leadership and Change at the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. He is the author of a number of best-selling titles in social work research and he currently serves as Chair of the Evidence-Based Practice track for the Council on Social Work Education. Dr. Rubin led an international symposium on Improving Teaching of EBP. Jennifer Bellamy, Ph D, is an Assistant Professor at the School of Social Service Administration at The University of Chicago, where she has been a faculty member since 2008. She has numerous publications in the area of EBP in social work.
