Jim Hodges is a teacher and amateur poker player who played his first game of Texas Hold ‘em poker in 2008. Beginning as a novice he honed his skills to a point where his playing is now profitable and along the way recorded all aspects of the learning journey and it from these records that ‘Fish & Chips’ was developed.
