She has published articles on Shakespeare, Spenser, Ireland and gender and writes the “Spenser and Sidney” section of The Year”s Work in English Studies (Oxford University Press). Her third monograph entitled Food in Shakespeare: Early Modern Dietaries and the Plays was published in June 2007 by Ashgate
