Drinking alcohol from the age of 13 and spending the next 40 years consistently drinking meant that alcohol was as natural a part of my life as breathing. Following a series of difficult times I realised that alcohol was the one thing that was preventing me from living my most authentic life. I stopped drinking for 30 days and at the end of it I already knew I would never drink again.
