Rena Cook, Professor Emerita at the University of Oklahoma, is a TEDx speaker, author, voice, speech, confidence and presentation coach. She is the founder of Vocal Authority, a training consultancy serving attorneys who want to use their voice in more commanding and authentic ways. A popular CLE speaker, her seminar “The Expressive Litigator” has been presented at conferences throughout the US. Her latest book, which she co-authored with Attorney Laurie Koller, Her Voice in Law was published by the ABA. She is also the author of Empower your Voice: For Women in Business, Politics and Life, and Voice and the Young Actor, used throughout the US and the UK. Rena has an MA in Voice Studies from London’s Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, an MFA in Directing, an MA in Guidance & Counseling.
