In this book, M.T. Schilling, a certified consultant in Logic-Based Therapy, whom I have personally trained, shows you how to use LBT's 6-step method[ to overcome the flawed thinking that may be destroying your potential for happiness. In the first chapter, he presents in Spanish the basics of LBT as they were developed in some of my English work, such as "Logic-Based Therapy and Everyday Emotions" and "What Would Aristotle Do?" and illustrates them carefully. In the remaining chapters, he expands on some of the philosophical antidotes I've presented in my English work, "New Rational Therapy, " and even adds some of his own. Also, Schilling includes excerpts from the great sages, as well as key quotes that summarize his philosophical ideas.
