‘Flappy Rocks’ is a story about a penguin who believed he could fly just like his great-great-great-great-great grandfather Sir Pen did. But try as he might, Flappy just could not flap hard enough to take flight. All the little ‘guins and elders laughed at him for his conviction. In the end, Flappy shows his family and everyone else that he could indeed fly, in his own way! It’s a heartwarming story about encouragement, believing in your dreams, and conquering your fears.
The story also educates children about the true dangers posed to Penguins who are facing possible extinction due to climate change, but offers them hope in becoming a part of the solution.
