Shattered Dreams is based on the life of Alfred ‘Bones’ Barton who at 12 years old prompted law makers to enact a law based on his criminal behavior.
The Bartons Law was created to charge juveniles young as 11 years old for violent crimes.
As a young teen Bones was faced with many obstacles growing up in Bromley-Heath housing project. Will Bones influential family keep him out of harms way or will he become a product of his environment?
