Now is the time to be proud of what Liberal Democracy can be for all our futures. Dr Paul Harvey is a doctor of International Politics (University of Reading) and currently teaches with the Open University. Paul formerly taught at the Joint Services Command Staff College, Defence Academy, Shrivenham for Kings College. An elected Councillor for the last twenty years, Paul is a former Council Leader and twice a Parliamentary Candidate. Paul is currently a Director of Curtin Communications ltd.
