The world is in ruins after a cataclysmic event, known as the flash, has destroyed every adult in the western world, leaving only a generation of children to preserve the remnants of Australian culture. This generation, however, is not alone, as a cascade of third world refugees soon arrive on the shores, and a new society is formed.
Clair, Danny and Sarah are three siblings trapped in the torment of this ever changing world, and it is only through great pain, suffering and endurance that they can rise to the relentless struggle for survival. Fighting against vicious gangs, gamblers and slavers, the three embark on an adventure that will have them face the brutal reality of The Third World.
