quantity surveyor and building economist is discussed, as is the

Richard Kirkham is a Senior Lecturer in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying at the School of the Built Environment, Liverpool John Moores University. He is also visiting Research Fellow at the University of Liverpool School of Architecture.
