Richard La Rovere
What Would Jesus Draw? [EPUB ebook]

Ondersteuning

I felt the need to not only illustrate some biblical events as if they occurred in the present day instead of ancient times but also in the larger sense provoke some food for thought and forum for discussion..
Christianity is an ongoing process and as such a continuation of Christ’s mission on earth till His Second Coming.
My humble intention here is to provide a series of insights both serious and light and even both relevant and ambiguous for the viewer and reader.

Over de auteur

Richard La Rovere
A freelance artist at self employed freelance architectural renderer and illustrator. Architecture & Planning
Educated at New Jersey City University, Richard La Rovere holds a B.F.A. in commercial art. He is a professional freelance artist whose clients include real estate agencies, various corporations, stores, restaurants and private citizens as well.
Finding inspiration from both the natural and the man made, La Rovere deftly interprets the beauty of flowers, trees and water in his garden landscapes, done in both oil and acrylic. His talent extends itself to sensitive renditions of architecture and the urban scene, executed in pen and ink and watercolor. His love for old buildings and landmarks sprang from his sketching in pencil on the street as a teenager. This led to the more refined technique that we see today.
Richard La Rovere firmly believes that his art is the result of practice and hard work and that people are not just born with this skill. It is to this end that he labors daily to perfect his already unique style.Undo
