himself that man and informs them, hes moving in. Chris goes ballistic at the audacity of the man, but on second thought, thinks he might help with the fourteen year old boy theyve just inherited. They might all drive her crazy, but shes used to persevering. She hopes!

When winter comes to the North Cascade Mountains of Washington State, Robin and her husband hibernate with a warm fire in the wood stove and shovel snow — snow—snow. Soup in the crock pot is a must. Sometimes with no power, the soup goes on the stove. Her husband catches up on his repair jobs in his workshop; Robin writes and answers the phone. The kids, all seven of them call regularly to see how they are faring. It’s beautiful here with the snow hanging off the evergreens and the many birds at the bird feeder. Robin is a lucky woman!!
