Jim Riviere is The Mac Donald Chair in Veterinary Medicine and University Distinguished Professor at Kansas State University. He is an elected member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies, serves on its Food and Nutrition Board, and is a fellow of the Academy of Toxicological Sciences.
