Spyros Roukanas is an assistant professor of International Political Economy at the University of Piraeus, Department of International and European Studies. His main research interests are international political economy, economic development in the countries of Southeastern Europe and emerging economies and their relations with the EU.
Persefoni Polychronidou is an assistant professor of Applied Econometrics in Accounting and Finance at the Department of Accounting and Finance at the Central Macedonia Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on statistical and data analysis and she has published numerous papers on empirical economic data.
Anastasios Karasavvoglou is a professor of Economics and president of the annual international conference ‘The Economies of the Balkan and the Eastern European Countries in the Changing World’. He has published numerous books and papers on immigration, regional development and the labour market.
