Tai-Chee Wong has his B.A and M.A degrees in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Paris, France, and earned his Ph D in Human Geography from the Australian National University. After teaching 20 years in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, he retired in 2013. He then worked as Distinguished Professor for two years at Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, China, and as Dean and Professor at the Southern University College, Johor Malaysia from March 2017-December 2018, and as Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Berjaya University College, Kuala Lumpur during October 2022-September 2023. He was Visiting Professor to University of Paris (Sorbonne IV), Visiting Fellow to Pekin University, Tokyo University and University of Western Australia. His main research interests are in urban and economic issues, and more recently on Malaysian politics. Besides his 16 self-authored and edited book volumes, he has written over 100 academic articles and published widely in international journals.
Hoon-Peow See holds a Ph D in Sociology and Anthropology from International Islamic University Malaysia, Master of Philosophy in Sociology from University of Malaya and LLB (Hons) from University of Glamorgan (now University of South Wales). He has held various leadership positions in the education industry with exposure in both academic and business operations, which include being CEO cum Vice Chancellor of a university college and founding Director of Confucius Institute in Malaysia. He is currently Director in Sunway TES College at Johor Bahru, Malaysia. He has wide academic interest in humanities and social sciences. Although he is a full-time manager, he is active in research and publishing. He has published many books and papers locally and internationally with reputable publishers and journals. He has also presented papers in local and international conferences.
Meg Milligan, BA in Sociology and Anthropology, American University of Beirut, Lebanon, Ph D in Counseling Psychology, Auburn University, Alabama, USA, psychology internship at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Tuskegee, Alabama, licensed psychologist in Alabama, is a Professor in the Department of Psychology Adjunct Professor, Global Leadership Ph.D. Program at Troy University, Alabama. Milligan has thirty years of teaching experience in higher education in Malaysia (2016-2022) and the United States, conducts study abroad programs annually, has presented over 100 papers and posters at conferences in nine countries spanning three continents, has faculty, national research, and international research excellence awards, and publications on disability rights, narcissistic leadership, and global identity among others. Milligan is President-Elect (2023-2024) of the Association for Distance Education and Independent Learning (ADEIL) after two terms on their Board of Directors, will be President (2024-2025), has Quality Matters (QM©) master reviewer certification at all levels.
