This study seeks to explore whether there is any relation between Organizational Role Stress and Career Satisfaction on IT professionals and to assess the levels among two variables which can be used to design some interventional strategies in the field of career counselling. It also aims to measure the gender difference in the level of Organizational Role Stress and Career Satisfaction. Thus the major focus is held upon “Influence of Organizational Role Stress on Career Satisfaction among IT professionals”.
