Tatjana Kruse, Jahrgang 1960, ist in Schwäbisch Hall aufgewachsen, wo sie heute, nach einigen Jahren in Stuttgart, wieder lebt. Seit 1995 veröffentlicht sie Kriminalgeschichten, Romane und Sachbücher und arbeitet außerdem als Literaturübersetzerin. Neben einigen anderen Auszeichnungen erhielt sie 1996 für “Cool-Man schlägt zu” den “Marlowe” der Raymond-Chandler-Gesellschaft für den besten deutschen Kurzkrimi. “Küss mich, Schatz!” entstand im Sommer 2005 während eines dreimonatigen Aufenthalts der Autorin als “Krimistadtschreiberin” in Flensburg. Tatjana Kruse ist Mitlgied bei den “Sisters in Crime” und im “Syndikat”.
