Dr. Skrypnik is Professor and Chair of the Department of Aviation Radio Equipment at the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. He is an Honored Worker of high professional education of Russian Federation (2004), and a Full Member of the Russian Academy of natural sciences.
