This is an original folk tale about the origins of the constellations Ursa Major and Ursa Minor.
Two children, Revna and Adalbern, were born from the dream of a star.
Before words were written down we passed our stories to each other by word of mouth. Revna and Adalbern hear several oral stories as they travel through the North on their journey.
The children want their story to continue to be told and encourage other children to find other stories to tell.

Tabitha Orr is an author and illustrator with a billion ideas. A California native who great up in Florida but now lives in the desert of New Mexico. Surrounded by books and cats she dreams of stories in color. Her illustrations are all sketched using pencil then hand painted using vibrant calligraphy ink, water colors and acrylics.
