About the author

Benjamin Elias is a Senior Adoption Specialist at Adopt & Embrace and has been awarded as a Most Valuable Professional by Microsoft in the Office Apps & Services category.
Passionate about creativity and innovation, he plays where humans and technology intersect. Benjamin started off life as an engineer, completed a psychology major, went to work for a bank, ran a Saa S start-up, and now combines all those experiences to help people use technology more effectively at work.
His journey into the Microsoft world started as a citizen developer with Yammer apps, after becoming interested in the social networking tool. He has since been invited to speak at Build 2019, Microsoft’s premier developer conference, about a Teams app he developed which used artificial intelligence to organise team coffee orders.
As the only person in the team who can code, he gets given special projects with surprising regularity. Find him on Twitter as @collabital or Linked In at https://www.linkedin.com/in/bnelias/.
