Adam C. Scarfe is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Winnipeg, Canada. His areas of research are philosophy of biology, applied ethics, philosophy of education, and Continental philosophy. He is the editor and co-author of Beyond Mechanism: Putting Life Back Into Biology (with Brian Henning; 2013), The Adventure of Education: Process Philosophers on Learning, Teaching, and Research (2009), and Dynamic Being: Essays in Process-Relational Ontology (2015).
