David, Ph.D., Professor of Psychology (University of Alaska Anchorage), is the author of Brown Skin, White Minds: Filipino -/ American Postcolonial Psychology, editor of Internalized Oppression: The Psychology of Marginalized Groups, coauthor of The Psychology of Oppression, and the author of We Have Not Stopped Trembling Yet: Letters to My Filipino-Athabascan Family. He has been the recipient of numerous professional awards and is currently an Associate Editor for the Asian American Journal of Psychology.
