Lin Li received his Ph D from University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering. He has been Geotechnical Laboratory Director at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Jackson State University since 2005. He is currently a Fellow of American Society of Civil Engineers. Bora Cetin completed his Ph D in geotechnical engineering at the University of Maryland at College Park. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering Area in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at Iowa State University. Xiaoming Yang completed his Ph D in geotechnical engineering at the University of Kansas. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Oklahoma State University. He is a member of American Society of Civil Engineers.
