Spending time with family and friends is important. Sometimes our schedules become so hectic we forget to slow down and really interact with one another. Time Together, Time Well Spent reminds us how much fun families can have playing games, building forts, riding bikes, and reading books together. Sharing these simple joys lets us get to know each other and ourselves more deeply, and often leads to many more fun adventures. Time together really is time well spent!
“A wonderful antidote to the presence of increasingly isolation-heavy media and technology.”

“At its core, this book does what good books do—has you start from page one again upon its conclusion.”

O autorze
My passion has always been with children. It started at an early age and has brought me much fulfillment. In my early teenage years, I began teaching swimming lessons. During my late college years, I moved onto assistant coaching, in both swimming and downhill skiing. Eventually, I moved into the classroom (both elementary and preschool). My most recent career has been in early childhood special education (ECSE). I received my master’s in elementary education and recently added on the endorsement in ECSE. Each area has taught me new lessons, but I found a renewed sense of love for children’s books once I entered the classroom, especially the preschool setting. I found that reading and sharing books with the children around me built a spark that has been ignited for years. I’ve been writing my own ideas for books by the bedside lamp. This past year, I finally decided to pursue my dream.
I feel my family and friends, my career choices, and where I live (Casper, Wyoming) have impacted who I am today and the dreams I am living out.
