The Legacy tells of the spiritual lessons handed down by her great, great, great, great grandfather, William Hopcraft. He was a self-educated Baptist minister in the village of Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire in the 1800s.
Although separated by two hundred years, their lives collided in a beautiful way. Catherine discovered a rich heritage of family, provision, and faith as God revealed His legacy and purpose, wrapped up in divine love and grace.

She has been published in several national magazines and has ghostwritten several memoir books.As a committed Christian, her writing is inspired by God and powered by faith. Her heart’s desire is to spread God’s word. A passion for history sent Catherine on an adventure into her family’s past and this, alongside her own spiritual growth, instigated the creation of 'The Legacy.’She has taught creative writing courses for the past five years, both in her local community and at a nearby prison and loves to encourage others to find their creative voice.
