OOGLY BUGS
While many of us find bugs somewhat pesky, they actually have distinctive purposes that even humans may find to be helpful. For example, some bee species make honey and help crops and fruit industries while other bugs help scientist discover polluted water supplies.
Here, two brothers experience just how bugs can help them overcome obstacles and assist with daily tasks. And just like so many other kids, Braydon and Brycen’s wonder of bugs may last forever.
O autorze
At age 6, Gregory Atkins was introduced to art by his father while watching him create a live drawing of his mother. Intrigued by the fluidity and complexity of charcoal as a mark-making tool, he quickly began developing his own sketches. Within weeks, it was apparent that the young creative mind was destined for a continuous evolution within the world of art. Soon after, Atkins’ interests in reading and writing was sparked. He began counting the number of books read through completion each month by his mother. Impressingly curious and determined to understand how one could be so engaged in the written word, the young artist began processing his creative thoughts and writing them down. This new found respect for such versatile mediums transcended Atkins into a place that offered him unmeasurable peace and confidence. Today Atkins’ work can be seen in various places, in a variety of mediums such as Wall Murals, Animation, Digital Graphics, Traditional Art (painting), Photography, Illustrated children’s books and other forms of literature.
