She holds a Ph D in Tourism and a Master”s degree in Tourism Planning and Management from the University of Aveiro, and a Bachelor”s degree in Tourism from ISAG. She is also a researcher at REMIT – Research on Economics, Management and Information Technologies, and GOVCOPP-UA – Research Unit in Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies. Her research interests cover human resource management, employment, education and training, well-being, and quality of life at work, and gender equality in the tourism sector
