Isaac Mhute is a Associate Professor in the Department of Languages, Literature and Cultural Studies at Midlands State University, Zimbabwe. He is a chief examiner for language and literature with an international examining board, professional editor and translator/back translator (English and Shona). His research interests are in both theoretical and applied linguistic areas.
